Anyways, getting back to business, it is worth mentioning that in our second meeting which unfortunately a few guys missed, we came down to a tentative budget. Since it is exam time, not much work is expected, so just keep in mind that as soon as anyone can, do come up with a brief description of the overview of the events. As pointed out in the meeting, a few events are still vague and therefore not completely finalised.
